| Most service jobs require the use of various miscellenaous items. Some dealerships charge a percentage of labor costs to compensate for these items and others increase the charges for other parts and labor to make up for them. We take a different approach. The above is a list of each category of miscellaneous items used by us in your repairs. For efficiency purposes, we charge a flat amount for each category of items used, irrespective of quantity. The resulting total is then carried over to your repair order (identified above). Naturally, the amounts charged represent the recovery of costs and profit to our dealership. |
